Meet Asia
Asia Rikard is a Pacific Northwest native that has found her way to Orange County, California. She began her journey as birth and postpartum doula in 2016 through DONA and is committed to being a compassionate advocate to empower your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. With an education in intercultural peacebuilding (transformative mediation) and business she is prepared to create space and support for all birthing persons regardless of your circumstances and preferences. She has experience and training in prenatal and postpartum nutrition, trauma-informed care, acupressure, VBAC, home birth, babywearing, and twins/multiples. When she isn’t attending births and supporting through the postpartum period, Asia enjoys spending time with loved ones, swimming, hiking, enjoying live music, and baking homemade bread. Asia's hope is to empower, inspire, and support women to achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
